After the lockdown over much of the last year, many of the mall's unique shops and kiosks have shut, leaving quite a few empty spots. The stores still open are mostly the same ones you'll see at Dizingoff Mall and Azrieli. The mall itself is bright, modern, and beautifully designed, with two easy-to-navigate floors. There are good places to eat within walking distance, and Sarona is a short walk away.

I had a very bad experience with this construction company. The contract terms weren't clear and their practices seemed questionable. I'd strongly advise getting solid legal support before signing anything with them.

I think GindiTel Aviv always has quality products. I was there for a private event, I believe, and it was very good, with an interesting presentation. Overall, Gindi Tel Aviv was a good experience. Parking is the main concern for me, and probably for others too, when going to Tel Aviv. Plan where you'll park beforehand, or take public transit.
