The Setai Tel Aviv, a Member of the leading hotels of the world

The general setup felt disorganized and well below what I'd expect from a luxury spa. I visit spas often, so this isn't about looks or personal taste. There were no proper changing rooms, and the two showers were repeatedly left with wet towels, slippers, and personal belongings scattered around. Used glasses and cups also piled up in the lounge area until I asked for it to be cleaned. At the Setai Jaffa Spa, there wasn't a proper place to relax with lounge beds. Instead, there was a small seating area with chairs awkwardly placed right next to the gym. The experience was quite disappointing for a venue presented as a luxury spa.

During the rocket attacks, the hotel first put water in the bomb shelter. By the third day of sirens, they had taken it away because people were using it. Removing drinking water from guests in a shelter during a crisis is a new low in hospitality. Unacceptable. If you want to be treated like a human being in an emergency, stay somewhere else.

Breakfast was abundant, fresh, and beautifully presented, in a stunning setting. The food and attentive service both showed care, and the Old Jaffa location, with its history, charm, and Mediterranean views, is hard to beat. The spa was serene, lovely, and deeply relaxing, and the fitness facilities were impressive and well equipped for a good workout. We celebrated our anniversary at The Setai Tel Aviv, and Alex made checkout warm and seamless, just as Diana had made our arrival feel special. Diana welcomed us graciously, and we were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to an elegant space overlooking beautiful surroundings. A bottle of wine was waiting for us, a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel personal. From the first moment to the end, the attention to detail made this feel like more than a hotel stay. We're grateful for the memories and can't wait to return.

The managers were warm and genuinely attentive, which added a lot to our stay. The hotel is in a perfect location, with high-quality facilities, an enjoyable pool, and a delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. Service around the pool could be more attentive to cleanliness and tidiness, though. Dining room service also sometimes came across as indifferent and average. Better attention in those areas would lift the hospitality further.
