We've stayed at the Sheraton Tel Aviv for different occasions and events several times, and the standard has been high on every visit. That consistency is rare, and keeps bringing us back. The renovated rooms are modern, beautifully designed, spacious, and spotless, with a real sense of care and quality throughout. The food is great too, fresh, rich, and varied at breakfast and catered events. The staff are what really make the experience: warm, professional, and caring. Special thanks to Henri at reception. He's always smiling and ready to help, and goes above and beyond. He asks if we're celebrating something, and when we are, arranges a thoughtful treat in the room. Those personal gestures make a great stay memorable. Highly recommended, and we're already looking forward to coming back.

We stayed at Sheraton Tel Aviv for five nights, January 7 to January 12, 2026. We were very pleased with the stay, especially the kind, attentive service from the club lounge staff, Anastasya, Maria, and Elena. Thank you for making it comfortable and relaxing. Henri made sure our group of 14 was looked after from the moment we checked in, and the club floor lounge access was worth the extra cost. The rooms were clean and thoughtfully designed, the amenities were excellent, and the service was outstanding. Sheraton Tel Aviv exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

The location made it easy to get around on foot, and there was plenty of good gluten-free food nearby. The pool area is lovely, too. My room was refreshed in the morning and evening, I got bottled water each day, and they even left chocolate before bed. The staff were friendly, breakfast was great and free, and the hotel looked practically new. I also appreciated not being charged extra for every little thing. I'd happily stay again.

I want my money back. The spa took payment and didn't provide what I paid for. The staff and manager were rude and aggressive, and I overheard them brush off tourists who came in with questions. Disgusting behavior. I don't care if the response says the spa operates independently of the hotel. It's under your establishment and roof, so you are responsible. Stay away from the spa.
