Location, location, location. The staff are charming, friendly and speak several languages, and the price is great. Even my low-end room was bright and sunny, with more than enough space, though there was no view. InTA, if you spend much time in your room, you’re wasting your time anyway. The rooms could use a thorough deep clean, sure, but they’re acceptably clean by any reasonable standard. I’d recommend this hotel to a friend.

The flat is incredibly small, and there’s a cleaning fee that makes it more expensive than some hotels, where you’d at least get breakfast. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold, and the air con didn’t work. The listing’s “mixed sea view city view private balcony” refers to the building’s entire roof, which isn’t private. It feels like a glamorous hut up there. The only way in and out is a large glass door that doesn’t feel secure and lets people see inside. Spend a little more and stay elsewhere.

It’s only a three-minute walk to the beach, and I went there every day. The place is right in the heart of the Tel Aviv promenade, with lots of restaurants and shops close by. I took a chance on this hotel and it was SO worth it. All the staff were so nice, and I can’t stress enough how kind they were!

For $120 a night, the location is the only thing going for this place. The room feels dirty and has sections of paint slapped on carelessly. There’s an air conditioner, but it makes a horrible noise all night. You can hear the busy street below and everything between rooms. We can’t even open two suitcases properly in our room. The whole place feels sketchy, and they insist you hand over your door key whenever you leave.

We were due to arrive at 21:00, but check-in is only between 10:00 and 16:00. I even offered to have my niece collect the keys during check-in hours, and Arik refused that too. I can’t help that my flight into Israel gets in during the evening. What a ridiculous policy. Arik was so rude on the phone, completely unwilling to consider any reasonable solution. I’m writing this before even staying there. Horrid business, appalling service and manners, with no professionalism or customer care. I warn everyone not to consider this place for accommodation, any day of the year!
