I had one of my best stays in Tel Aviv here. It’s a beautiful property, and the people working there seem to genuinely enjoy welcoming guests and brightening their day.

The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, but the loungers fill up fast, so get there early if you want one. Aside from that, I loved this hotel and count it among my favorites anywhere. The beds are enormous and really comfortable, breakfast on the terrace is hard to beat, and every staff member was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Harry on concierge, who got us the restaurant bookings we wanted even when places seemed fully booked. See you soon, guys!

I haven’t stayed at the hotel, but I’ve had a great breakfast at the outdoor Cafe. The food and service are good, and it’s always a nice, quiet atmosphere. I’ve been more than once and will definitely be back.

We wondered before arriving whether The Norman could justify its steep price. After the stay, we understood why. The staff were attentive throughout check-in, and the room, pool, Alena, The Library, and spa treatments were all absolutely amazing. They made it a stay to remember.

That Bavarian cream cake was the surprise of the evening. Its creamy coffee flavor was much better than I expected, and I also enjoyed an excellent cocktail, though I can’t remember its name. During the week of Purim, I had dinner at Alena with a friend. The restaurant is inside The Norman Hotel and has a refined but relaxed feel. We sampled a range of dishes: lamb and fish skewers with fresh, fluffy pitas, crispy chips, and all the menu dips. The pita had a lovely fresh texture, and the lamb was cooked just right, especially with vegetables and dips tucked inside. The staff at Alana were attentive and welcoming, and the hotel staff were helpful too. It was a warm, delicious evening with great service. For a little while, I forgot I was in Tel Aviv.
