We hope to come back with our children. The service was good, the staff helpful, and breakfast was tasty. The hotel is about 50 m from the sea and close to the entrance of one of Tel Aviv's best beaches. Its renovated rooms are really nice, especially the one with a balcony and sea view. Definitely recommended.

My room had a large balcony with lounge chairs, a cute little tub, and a beautiful beach view. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were fluffy. I'd recommend paying a little more for this kind of room, it felt worth the price. Breakfast was so good, with lots of fresh options and colorful, tasty salads, and it wasn't expensive. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the location was perfect. I'd hesitated because of the reviews, but I'm glad I stayed. It seemed to me that the problems other guests described had been resolved by the time I visited, a couple of months after the hotel opened. I have no complaints and would stay again. Thanks, Seven Seas!

The terrace was absolutely fantastic, and the view was wonderful. The place has what it needs to grow into a lovely boutique hotel, but that's up to the management. I was relieved to leave for another hotel, where friendly people offered me plenty of information and suggestions without my having to ask. I didn't feel like I was on holiday here. I booked through an agency, but the room pictures didn't match the room I got. It was very dirty, and although I showed my booking and asked for help, the helpful man at reception said he couldn't do anything until the manager arrived the next morning. The next morning, staff were rude and unhelpful, saying they'd ask for the room to be cleaned. After a horrible night, I was suffering from a dust allergy and sinusitis. They offered no negotiation or compensation. I had to pay extra to upgrade to the room I'd booked, and accepted because I didn't want more stress during the trip. Even then, the room had no window with a sea view. The staff generally weren't friendly, except for a few rare exceptions. Nobody gave me any information, and reception acted as though answering my questions was a favor. The hotel has potential, but it's up to management to make it happen.

The manager, Mali Lichi, acted quickly when I realized I'd left my backpack, with my passport inside, on a local bus from the train station. The tourist Police were contacted right away, and I was so relieved to hear the bag had been found and returned safely. The staff's care for guests made a real difference. I visited Tel Aviv in June 2023 and really enjoyed staying at Seven Seas Hotel. The hotel has a clean, tastefully decorated interior with a welcoming boutique feel, and my cozy room had the amenities I needed. The location near Tel Aviv beach, especially Jerusalem Beach, was ideal, with lovely views and the calming sound of the waves. Each morning I looked forward to a satisfying breakfast with local and international dishes. From the comfortable room and breakfast to the location and service, it exceeded my expectations and made for a memorable stay.

The refund dispute was the worst part of a disastrous experience. I canceled well in advance and followed the stated policy, but the hotel still refused to refund more than $600 for a booking I never used. When I contacted staff to explain, they were dismissive and showed no empathy. It felt like they had no intention of addressing my concerns and only wanted to keep my money. I left after seeing the conditions. The rooms looked nothing like advertised, with outdated decor, dirty surroundings, stained sheets, and a bathroom that badly needed cleaning. The neighborhood was noisy and overcrowded, with constant disturbances that made a good night's sleep impossible, and I felt unsafe during my brief visit. The service was poor from the start, and the refusal to honor their own terms was disgraceful. I can't understand how this place keeps operating with so little regard for guests. Travelers should steer clear and find a hotel that values its customers.
