The Vista at Hilton Tel Aviv

The Vista lounge on the 17th floor has good food and drinks, and the location, rooms, and view are all great. The service needs work for a hotel at this price. At arrival they couldn't find my reservation, even though I'd received confirmation directly from hotel staff. After checkout, my luggage also went missing for a while when I tried to collect it. Even with those problems, it's a great hotel and still one of my best stays in Tel Aviv.

I travel a lot for business, and this is one of the best places I've stayed. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was fresh and very well made. Mediterranean food isn't really my personal preference, but the quality was great. The views and pool were lovely, and it felt like a good place for families. The area felt very safe, and I walked around at night several times without fear. The street could get crowded, which made parking tricky, but that's not the hotel's fault. I also liked the elevator system: you choose your floor before getting in, and it tells you which elevator is coming. Lots of details made this feel like a top-notch hotel. If you're going to Tel Aviv, I'd stay here.

We were a family of three on our first trip to Tel Aviv, staying in a Vista Grand Studio on the 17th floor. The room had plenty of space, the service was incredible, and the Vista Lounge on that same floor was amazing. We've stayed at five-star hotels around the world, and this is easily one of the best executive lounges we've seen, with a great food and drink selection all day and night, lots of room, and wonderful service. The whole hotel exceeded what we expected, and we loved the stay. A couple of booking tips: dining options are limited over Shabbat, and we just missed Yom Kippur, when the lounge and restaurants close, though the hotel offers in-room dining. The 17th-floor balconies are really tiny, so don't book there if you want a decent one. One small complaint for the hotel, the pool is too cold. Please warm it to 30-31 degrees. We'll be back!

The beach is nearby, which makes this a perfect place to stay. The outdoor pool was a great place to spend time, even in late November when it was 27 degrees Celsius (80F). From the 17th floor, the Vista Lounge looks out over the sea and is a nice spot to relax, mingle, and enjoy food and drinks. My room felt fresh but still timelessly elegant, and the views really do justify the name THE VISTA. I felt looked after and pampered throughout my stay. The place has a friendly, multicultural, almost home-like feel, with beautiful surroundings and incredible, smiling people taking care of you.
