The location is the one thing this place has going for it. The rooms were filthy, and I found two large roaches, one in the closet and another by the toilet. There were a lot of shady people in the building, too. Customer service was the worst I've experienced. They only care about your money, not you.

The listing photos on booking.com look impressive, but the actual hotel is shabby and nowhere near what they promise. Our room had food left in the fridge from a previous guest, and it seemed like someone had been staying there until recently and the room was only hastily rearranged. Getting through the door took a real bash, and inside, the room was dirty. The shower had mold and looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in ages. I was extremely disappointed. Avoid this place at all costs.

The staff were really friendly and helpful the whole time. The hotel is close to the beach and major attractions. Highly recommend!

The reception is at another hotel, and they take no responsibility. The place smelled bad, was filthy, and there was nobody to talk to. It was so disgusting that we left after the first night. Better to sleep on the beach than stay at this “hotel”.

It's handy for the beach, which is within walking distance, but the hotel sits right beside a busy street, so you hear cars at night. The staff were rude and wouldn't bring fresh towels or coffee creamer despite me asking again and again. Even using their key to unlock the door was confusing and weird. I'd avoid booking here.
