Dana, the customer service manager, Zvi, and the whole team made us feel like we were staying with friends. They were quick to respond whenever we needed anything. We had a balcony room with a small city view and spent two nights there, enjoying the hotel’s location near restaurants, markets, the beach, theaters, and shops. We chose Tel Aviv because we love the city and wanted to experience its culture, entertainment, architecture, and preserved buildings. It suited what we were looking for, and we had a great time. Definitely recommend it.

If partying is your thing, this is a great place to stay. It’s right in the center of Tel Aviv, and the service is incredible.

The welcome was lovely, and I loved the piano ♥️. I got upgraded to a great room. The service was just WOW!

The staff were very friendly, but the hotel was super dirty. Breakfast was almost funny because there was barely anything there. No marmalade, honey, oats, milk, eggs, omelette, or filter coffee. Just no, no, no!
