The staff are all lovely, and the breakfast is excellent. But our room was tiny, with a very small window and no view, and the bathroom was tiny too. There's no proper dining room, so you eat in the entrance area, where people are always coming and going and it's easy to hear everyone talking in the cramped seating space. I was there a few weeks ago and paid about £700 for five days. When I asked about returning for seven nights, the price jumped to around £1200, roughly £500 more. They said I could take it or leave it, so I left it.

We've stayed here before and love the place so much that we keep coming back. The staff are friendly and helpful, the balcony view is amazing, and the food is great. They have happy hour too. Love it.
