I had hoped to stay here, but after booking through Booking dot com, I found out at the airport that Covid restrictions meant I couldn't travel to Israel. I tried to cancel nearly a week before I was due to arrive, but the property refused to refund my money, even though being unable to go wasn't my fault. This was a horrible experience with an unethical business. Avoid staying here at any cost.

The room charge turned a frustrating stay into an awful one. I booked for €41 (160 shekels), then was billed €80, which was later explained as a cleaning fee. That fee wasn't shown when I booked, and I wouldn't have reserved the room if I'd known the total would be nearly double. Don't be misled by this place. Getting into the room was a mess too. We had no check-in information by email and nobody there to meet us when we arrived. After waiting about half an hour, the building janitor helped us get inside. Then the supposed host messaged to say there'd been a mistake and it wasn't our room. We'd already unpacked, so we had to move to another one. I can't recommend it.
