The atmosphere was friendly and the place was clean. The breakfast was above average, while dinner was modest but plentiful. Staff were professional and helpful, and free entry to Tiberias Spa was included.

The staff are friendly, and the rooms are on the small side but decent. WiFi could be better. Getting grape juice when you arrive is a really nice touch.

The bathroom, mattress, furniture and doors were all in very old, poor condition. And on top of that, you’ll have to share your bed with ants.

Just an ordinary hotel that doesn’t deserve any stars. There isn’t even water in the room minibars.

Everything was disgusting and nasty, from the food and rooms to the service. There were ants in the rooms, and I think the food had been cooked several days earlier. I don’t recommend coming here.
