I spent Shabbat at Lago Hotel in a basic room. It was clean, with fresh towels, shower lotions, a small fridge and a large bed. I also ordered breakfast and enjoyed the generous buffet, and the staff were kind and helpful. The air conditioning wasn’t strong enough for the summer heat. If you usually feel cold, though, you might enjoy it. All in all, I’d strongly recommend this as a good value option.

The location is good, but the room was only more or less clean. The sheets were quite old, and the shower pressure was so weak I couldn’t wash my hair. The worst part was paying for breakfast and then finding no coffee on Saturday morning because it was Shabbat and using the coffee machine wasn’t allowed.

My only real complaint is the parking. There isn’t much of it, though that seems to be true throughout Tiberias. You have to use Pango or pay.

The rooms were okay, I guess, and pretty clean. One of them did have a broken TV, though.
