We were in room 211 in the new wing and had a comfortable bed, a clean room, and pleasant grounds. The lobby was spacious, parking was adequate, and the reception was efficient. Staff were courteous, the waiters were always helpful, and we appreciated the reception drinks and the Shabbat urn for hot drinks. We enjoyed our Shabbat stay, though I have a few small suggestions: The room could use a simple table by the window and another bedside table on the wardrobe side. The inner curtain should let in light while still obscuring the room from passersby, since both curtains now block outside light. The broken extendable bathroom mirror needs replacing. Also, the glass bathroom door could be a problem on Shabbat for observant guests who can't sleep with the light left on, so it needs a solution.

The breakfast was great and the pool was nice. The bathroom could use towel racks or hooks, plus a toilet paper holder. We only had three TV channels. They said they'd fix it the next day, which didn't help much during our two-night stay.

The inner garden is a really nice spot to hang out with friends or family, and breakfast was fresh and nice. But this place urgently needs renovation. The shower drains were bad, some parts seemed bolted onto the wall and stuck out, and the room door was paper thin. The worst part was realizing that in the morning my colleague in the next room could repeat every detail of a phone call I'd had with my daughter. I lost any sense of privacy in my own room.

Breakfast was very good, but the room was missing amenities promised on the hotel's website and the maintenance was poor. There was a moldy smell, and the air conditioner leaked, leaving the floor dangerously slippery. No one at reception could help, and management was nowhere to be found.
