Zamarin Hotel

The hotel is quiet, and its design and cozy feel are charming. We especially liked the location, just a short walk from the Midrahov. It felt relaxing at first, but too many little problems came up for a place at this size and price. The sauna wasn't working and apparently couldn't be repaired because of the holidays. We weren't told ahead of time, though, and still paid full price. The coffee machine malfunctioned, and there was a problem with the sink. Even after we told the staff, neither was properly fixed or replaced. We asked for the beds to be separated, but staff forgot and only did it after we reminded them late in the day. In the morning, cleaning staff talked loudly right outside our door for almost an hour while we were sleeping. The sound insulation was weak, so we couldn't sleep through it. The room lighting was disappointing too, with just a central ceiling light and no external light at all. The place has potential, but all those inconveniences kept me from giving it more than three stars.

I had a great massage and a fun ice bath experience. It's a charming hotel with a lovely room and a nice little bar where coffee, tea, wine, beer and soft drinks are complimentary.

We had a great stay at this lovely, cozy little hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were friendly and very hospitable.

We loved the interior design and all the attention to detail. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I had a massage treatment at the spa and also spent time in the dry sauna. Excellent, we'll definitely come back!
