The cold weather didn't spoil our Isle of Man stay, and the comfortable beds, clean rooms and lovely high pressure shower helped make it tip top. Sefton has been one of the most accommodating hotels my family has stayed in. The staff were incredibly kind and helped with just about everything we asked for. Breakfast is basic, but the products are good quality and nothing runs out. It's conveniently close to the airport and not a long walk from the beach. Thank you!

The staff were polite, helpful and very accommodating. Louise deserves a special mention, she was on hand from breakfast until late to help. The hotel is opposite the airport, but it's nice and quiet, with plenty of free guest parking. Rooms are spacious and have bathrooms, a TV, ironing board and iron, and tea and coffee making supplies with a good selection. In reception there's a free hot drink machine, a small bar and a larger TV lounge.

The bed was firm and comfortable, but the place is very dated and needs updating. It was noisy too.

Everything at this hotel, from the rooms to the staff, was just perfect. The free breakfast was a lovely extra, and the price was so reasonable. Had a really great stay. Kudos! 🎉

Our club from Ireland had a fabulous week at this hotel, and we were looked after extremely well. A big thank you to all the staff, especially Lubey, who was always smiling and saying hello. Everyone was so helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will be back.
