We had to move rooms three times because every one had serious cleanliness problems. There was leftover food and hair on the floor from previous guests, and the washroom was extremely dirty and smelled awful. Even the spray didn't work. The sheets were stained and had hair on them, completely unacceptable. Staff were careless and unprofessional, didn't check if we needed anything, and showed no concern about our complaints. When we called the restaurant, they didn't seem interested in helping or explaining anything. The food we ordered was horrible, and we left it untouched. This place doesn't meet basic hygiene or service standards. A total waste of money and time. I'd strongly recommend avoiding it.

The worst experience I've had. Even a hotel at the bus stand or railway stand would be better. There was no proper breakfast, not even water in the room. The flush didn't work, and the cushion covers were torn.

The staff were hospitable. There weren't any dryers or kettles, so I asked them for those things often. They ran errands for me with a smile, and I appreciated it.

I stayed one day with my family, and it felt like a complete waste of money. The washroom was in terrible shape, with no flush available, and the room was unhygienic. I had a headache just 10 minutes after checking in. Room service was very poor. I don't recommend staying here.

I wish I'd paid a little more for a different hotel. The room is small and the bathroom is disgusting. The clean bed and hot water were the only good things. Everything else was bad.
