Avalon Taj View by OYO Rooms

I paid INR 2600 online before reaching Agra, but when I arrived on November 12 for the two rooms I'd booked through OYO for two nights starting November 11, I found the address was an apartment building. The security guard told me the hotel had shut down after building management stopped it from operating there. It was a complete shock, and I had to find another hotel at a much higher price. I also paid the taxi driver double to help me find one and wandered around looking for a room. It was a complete ordeal. OYO customer care checked into what happened after I explained it and agreed to refund the full amount. I recommend not booking this hotel and checking the details before you book.
