Check-in went smoothly, but after that our experience was awful. We booked two rooms for six days, and the rooms were small with no facilities. Despite the cold weather, they refused our request for hot water to drink, even though there's a kitchen. There were no toiletries, slippers, set-up box, or kettle to heat water, and no tea or coffee facility in the hotel. There was no lift, newspaper, or magazines either. Staff didn't properly help us with local sightseeing when we asked, and we weren't given any bills. For such a high charge, it was a waste of money. There are much better options in the same lane, just beside this hotel near TDI Mall. Don't book through an online site or a referral. Only choose this place if you're left with no other option. One of my worst stays.

The receptionist and staff were ill mannered. The TV, AC, and telephone didn't work, and cleanliness was below average. There were mosquitoes, mites, and all sorts of things. The cemetery right next to the hotel is worth bearing in mind. You may experience excess anger, disharmony, or abnormal activities.

The building itself is undoubtedly good, and the owners seemed amiable. Staff were polite, especially when I asked them to change the sheets, which they did respectfully. But hygiene was still an issue: the sheets weren't clean, and the room had tons of mosquitoes that remained troublesome. The location was a problem for me too, as the hotel is situated in front of a graveyard. I paid 3000rs for two days, which felt overpriced; I thought it should have been 2k. Breakfast was the worst part. I paid for it and got two pieces of toasted bread and a cup of chai. Please maintain the property better.

No one changed the bedsheet during our four-day stay, and we weren't given a bathroom kit. At first, the staff said they'd provide an extra mattress, but that night a different guy said there wasn't one. I slept on the floor for three days. The service was awful. The location was awful too, and I'd rather sleep on the road than stay here. All those good reviews are paid!

A good room can make a trip more memorable and enjoyable, and I had a wonderful time staying here. They handled my comfort and requests patiently. Highly recommend it.
