The location and food quality were good, and the rooms seemed nice for the rates. But the bed and linens smelled a bit. Service was slow unless I kept checking with both reception and room service every five minutes. Otherwise, two cups of tea could take almost an hour. The bathrooms were fine, but the AC drain pipes were left open in there and dripped constantly, so the bathroom never dried. Check the bill before paying too: I ordered two cups of tea but was charged for four. It may have been a mistake, and the receptionist removed the extra amount after I pointed it out.

We paid 27K for three rooms, then after checkout staff called to say they'd left two mineral bottles off the bill and asked us to come back to pay 60 Rupees. I don't expect that. The rooms looked good, but several things didn't work: one bathroom door wouldn't close, another room had a broken flush, and the light switches were loose. Staff were just okay.

The restaurant food was delicious, and they provide complimentary breakfast. Room service was good, though cleanliness was only average. It's a nice, decent budget hotel, with a great location that's easy to reach from major parts of Agra.

The rooms and food were decent, but service at night was pathetic. They wouldn't even bring a jug of water. Hot water only came after wasting a whole bucket, and even then it felt cold. I found a lizard in my room, and traffic noise kept disturbing me at night.

The staff were really helpful, and I had a nice stay. The only letdown was the AC. It didn't seem to work well and made the room smell; when I complained, room service immediately sprayed air freshener.
