Hotel Blue Pearl

The room looked neglected and unhygienic, with damaged furniture, peeling paint, a dusty floor, stale-looking sheets, and a bad smell. The bathroom was in awful shape too, with stains, a broken mirror, and leaking fittings. I paid much more than what felt like a ₹500 budget lodge, and the maintenance was third-rate compared with what they show online. I felt cheated and uncomfortable the whole time. At Hotel Pearl Blue, Agra, I was kept waiting almost an hour for my room despite arriving at check-in time. Management was poor, and staff gave no explanation or apology. This was one of my worst hotel stays, and I can’t recommend it. Agra has cleaner options at the same or lower prices.

The hotel was filthy, with insects around, a dirty bathroom, and unclean bedsheets. We waited five hours for water and towels, and the staff communicated badly and didn’t listen to complaints. At check-in we were left waiting for an hour, then given a dirty room with a filthy washroom and a door that wouldn’t shut properly. It took another hour to get a decent room, while the owner didn’t respond to our complaints. Don’t trust the photos. The service was terrible.

We were coming from Vrindavan to agra with senior citizens and had booked two rooms through a travel agency, with an evening check-in. At the last minute, hotel management called to say there was an official party and moved our booking to a nearby hotel called Grand Empire. We agreed because we were already late and didn’t want to argue when everyone needed rest after a full day of travel. The replacement hotel made the day even worse. Avoid booking here if you want to avoid a last-minute cancellation.

It’s a good hotel, but the service falls short and several facilities are missing. They should improve what the hotel offers.
