We came to Agra for a badminton competition and stayed at Opal. We loved the hospitality. Ramnivas does an excellent job with food and beverage, so five stars from me. The owners, Sarang Kapoor and Lovish, were decent, cooperative, and provided excellent service.

Ram Niwas, the Captain at Hotel, gave outstanding service. I wish every staff member showed the same affectionate manner and spirit of service to guests and the community. May the Almighty bless him and give him strength. L. N. Gandhi, Retd. ETO Haryana, Chandigarh

Our marriage function went flawlessly, thanks to the team's coordination and dedication. The arrangements and decoration were excellent, and the food was great too. We had a wonderful experience hosting the event here and would strongly recommend this hotel for weddings and celebrations.

The room was quite good, which is why I'm giving two stars. But the hotel staff gave misleading information, and that affected my trust and comfort during the stay.
