For a short stay, the rooms are decent, with the basic things you need. The beds are comfortable and the air-conditioning works well, and the setup suits families or solo travelers. OYO 3268 The City Square is easy to get to, right on NH2 near Khandari Crossing, with convenient links to Agra's main attractions and transport.

I was quoted 2200 for one night when I called. We bargained, and I ended up paying ₹1500. It gave me the impression they may try to charge more when guests are unfamiliar with the area or local prices.

The service was good, but the rooms were really dirty, with soiled linen and a bad smell.

Room orders took way too much reminding. In five days, staff forgot my breakfast or dinner order twice, and I had to ask again both times. Even complimentary breakfast meant waiting around: my aloo parantha and curd took 50 minutes to arrive. The whole approach felt very casual.

The kitchen crew were helpful when I asked them for a few things. The rest of the room service was very poor. I had to remind them 3-4 times for anything, and small mosquitoes filled the room. Even after I asked for help with them, the hotel didn't provide any service.
