The staff didn’t know how to treat guests, and the food was so bad. There was seepage on the walls, the water supply was awful, and the switchboards didn’t work. There was no privacy either, since any room could be opened with any key. The rooms were tiny, and the hotel felt like it was in the middle of a jungle with no street lights. The whole experience was awful. I’d never recommend this hotel.

The service was incredibly slow. We ordered a main course for 12 people an hour ahead, but they brought papad-thin butter naan in 20-minute intervals. The Shahi Paneer and Daal makhni were far too salty. We spent thousands and still weren’t served properly. Pathetic service.

The DJ’s conduct felt unprofessional and unethical. He openly took money from clients to play their song requests, ignoring both the crowd’s mood and the agreed playlist. It came across like a paid jukebox instead of a professional performance. The club was disorganized and the service was pathetic, and the music didn’t fit the crowd. Several people asked him to change the playlist, but he ignored them and seemed to be playing for himself. The worst New Year’s Eve I’ve had.

I expected a fun New Year’s Eve at the club, but the event was badly organized and felt like a quick cash grab. The DJ had no energy, kept repeating outdated tracks, and did nothing to match the New Year’s mood. A complete disappointment.
