Lemon Tree Hotel Agra

The food was awful, with poor taste and handling, and it felt like nobody cared whether guests were satisfied. Service was just as frustrating. Staff were rude and careless, ignored requests, and showed no accountability. The whole stay felt unpleasant instead of welcoming. If Lemon Tree is fine with this as its standard, the brand has lost its way. This property shouldn’t be operating under a reputed hotel name. Guests should think carefully before booking.

The food was extremely poor, nowhere near an acceptable standard. The staff were cold and dismissive, and repeated requests were delayed for ages or ignored, making the stay stressful. This didn’t show the professionalism I’d expect from a reputed hotel chain. The place failed at basic hospitality, and it wasn’t worth the money or the trust in the brand.

I left feeling irritated and regretful, and the stay was a total waste of money. Staff gave rude responses, showed no interest in helping, and repeatedly ignored requests without taking responsibility. The food was bad too, nowhere near what I’d expect from a branded hotel. This property doesn’t deserve to operate under a reputed hotel brand. Very disappointing, and I strongly wouldn’t recommend it.
