The hotel’s decor is nice, and its location is fairly close to the taj mahal, but the bathrooms need work. Some fittings were loose and the washroom lock was broken, which was frustrating. Breakfast was an okay buffet, though there were only two or three items each morning: butter toast, aloo paratha and poha on the first day; the same spread with upma instead of poha on day two; and media vada on day three. The party hall on the first floor and the open-air bar on the fourth both play very loud music. After a day visiting nearby places, it was hard to relax in the room because of the noise. I wouldn’t put this hotel at the top of my list.

The staff and room service are still good, and there’s a guard in the parking area with CCTV. The main road is affected by metro construction these days. It used to be a nice place to enjoy with family and friends, with a good ambiance, but I feel it has changed a lot since COVID and could use an upgrade. Nice property overall.

We stayed in rooms 105 and 106, and the staff made things comfortable with prompt help. Vishnu from room service and electrician anup were especially helpful. They brought us water in a copper jug, which felt both rare and nice. The amenities were very good, including the electric room cattle, and the room service and staff behaviour were great. For the price through Oyo, it was an unbelievable deal. A very nice property.

The hotel itself is very nice, but the internet keeps cutting out. It works for about 3 minutes, then stops for 10.
