It's in a good location, with good food and staff who behave nicely. There's also plenty of space for parties, kitty parties, and wedding receptions. They can allow early check-in if a room is available. The rooms are neat and clean, though paint is peeling in some spots. Otherwise, it's a good place to stay in the Kamla Nagar area.

The rooms are filthy, with bedsheets that look like they aren't changed. The toilet seems not to have been scrubbed properly in a long time, the mirrors are dirty, and there are cockroaches too. Awful experience. I'm moving to another hotel.

I booked 10 rooms online through Agoda in March for April 28, then visited the hotel three times to confirm and arrange a menu for my guests. Each time, the manager told me to check back later. Just a week before check-in, the manager said they wouldn't accept online bookings from April onward and had canceled all the reservations, leaving me without rooms for my guests. Yet rooms could still be booked even on that date, and when Agoda tried contacting the hotel, they didn't reply. It seems like they may have canceled the earlier bookings to accept last-minute ones for more money. Please avoid booking online here, since the manager can cancel without giving a reason.

There was no water in the room, and despite repeated requests to the staff, hot water for a shower never came. Room service was third class.
