The staff were responsive and eager to help, and the hotel is very close to the Taj, almost within walking distance of the parking lot. WiFi worked very well too. Still, the property is poorly maintained and short on basic facilities. The washroom plumbing is rusting, there’s severe dampness on the walls, rooms smell, and bathrooms are unclean. In the morning we had to call staff repeatedly to turn on the hot water from their location, probably because heating is centralized. The outsourced restaurant serves average food. Nearby options like Good vibes restaurant or Bob Marley restaurant may be better. Staff seem more concerned about getting good online feedback than actually fixing guest problems.

I stayed one night and two days in December 2018, and the place spoiled my whole visit plan. Room quality and bathrooms were poor, there’s no kitchen, and reception was often unattended. The room phone, shower, TV, fan and AC wouldn’t work. Even getting a cup of tea took over three hours. Service was terrible, and the amenities were poor too. For what they charge, you can still find a good hotel in Agra. Some positive reviews may be from when the previous management ran the place. The current situation is pathetic, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The location is good, close to the Taj Mahal, and you can walk, rent cycles, or take an auto for just 20 rupees. Agra Fort is nearby too. The rooms themselves are good, but the water had problems: it smelled really bad and was dark in color. The hotel’s food and service weren’t that nice. Hope you have a safe, enjoyable visit to Agra.

I liked staying here. The staff were well behaved, and my clean room was nice. There’s an open terrace where you can walk in the morning or evening. The location is really good, very near the Taj Mahal, and I walked there, though rickshaws are available. I was here for one night and ordered a veg thali, which tasted awesome.
