Suraj in the breakfast area deserves special praise. He personally helped me several times, handled every issue with care, and went out of his way to make sure guests were comfortable and satisfied. His kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism made our stay even better. The service throughout was excellent, and everything about the hotel felt perfect. Highly recommended, a wonderful experience!

The breakfast had a wide selection of high-quality food, and Chef Sachin prepared it with care and finesse. Restaurant Supervisor Saurabh was attentive and professional, keeping everything running smoothly. Our room at Radisson Blu Agra was sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and comfortable. The hospitality and attention to detail made for a memorable, luxurious stay. Highly recommended for a pleasant premium stay in Agra.

The rooms had adequate furnishings and equipment, and breakfast offered plenty of choice with top-notch service. Suraj helped us, and Chef Arvind was especially good. Room service and housekeeping took several calls, though, with one number just sending us to the next. Checkout was a hassle: we waited 25 minutes and called three times before anyone came to collect our luggage. We paid a lot, so a busy day at the hotel isn’t our problem.

Sachin, Anurag, and Ahad deserve a special mention: they were warm, professional, polite, and always helpful, making me feel at home.
