For a hotel rating, I'd look at the guest experience, including check-in and check-out, room comfort, noise, and any problems during the stay. Friendly, helpful staff make a difference, as do clean rooms, bathrooms, shared areas and facilities. Location matters too, along with whether the price feels fair for the accommodation and service. I'd also consider which amenities are available, such as Wi-Fi, parking, a pool, gym, spa, restaurant or room service, and how good they are.

The pictures on the page are fake, so don't trust them. The walls in our room were damp, and when we arrived, rats were playing on the bed. I sent the staff a video, but nobody cared. The whole staff was rude, and I asked for towels ten times starting in the morning before one finally arrived at night. Once they'd taken payment, nobody cared about us. The price was like a 3-star hotel, but the service was worse than a lodge.

We spent two nights here and went through four rooms. The first had a toilet that wouldn't stop running, and someone tried to fix it with bare hands. In the second, the door couldn't be locked from inside. They upgraded us to a nice suite for the third, but the shower's hot water handle was broken and a leak kept the bathroom floor wet, so we had no hot shower that morning. The fourth room was another suite where everything worked, though the balcony door curtain was too small to block the street light. By then, we didn't care. We brought towels from the previous room because there were never any in the next one. The rooms themselves were nice enough, but the whole hotel seems to be falling apart. We ate at the restaurant the first night. The food was okay, but the tables were quite dirty and the cutlery needed a wipe. Some staff were kind, but the property clearly wasn't being maintained. It has potential, but I'd never stay again and would tell my friends to AVOID.

Mr. Sudhir is a lovely person, and the staff greeted us whenever they saw us and behaved well. It's a family-friendly budget hotel where we had a comfortable stay. I'd check in here without hesitation.
