The Marc Blu by OYO Rooms

The service was far below expectations, and the rooms were poorly kept and disappointing for cleanliness. This place has been renamed Hotel Family AC Rooms, but there was nothing family-friendly about my stay. It was one of the worst hotels I've experienced, and not worth the money or hassle. I wouldn't recommend booking it.

Guests aren't allowed to lock their room when they go out, according to the hotel's rules. There isn't a water heater in each room either: they have one rod-style heater that gets passed around in the morning, so you have to wait your turn. The staff were unprofessional, and the bed linen, bathroom and fittings were dirty. This place doesn't deserve even one star. Google should let people rate places below one star.

The rooms and washrooms were filthy, and they didn't even seem to wash the linens. They wouldn't provide drinking water for free and charged us for it. In India, even five-star hotels give you water for free, seriously? I wanted to give this place zero stars, but Google doesn't offer that. Please don't stay here.

I was charged extra by the staff, and they never gave the money back. The blankets they handed us were used, very dirty and stained with blood. There were rats in the room, the toilets and washroom were dirty, and there was no water or sanitization. The staff were rude and didn't know how to welcome customers. Everything about the place was pathetic. Booking here will only leave you with regrets. This hotel should be banned everywhere.
