At treeboo emipire red carpet, it was easy to meet people and find someone for a good conversation from the moment I checked in. The staff deserve a special mention: they were the most welcoming and friendly hostel team I’ve come across, made everyone feel like family, organized events, and helped with local recommendations. The rooms were clean, common spaces were roomy, and the location worked perfectly for exploring places like taj mahal and aram bagh. The facilities were excellent, and this is the place to be. Highly, highly recommend!

I needed a place for an emergency overnight stop of 8 hrs. The location was good, and the staff were helpful, but management was abysmal and cleanliness was the biggest issue. I’ve never stayed in a hotel this filthy, and didn’t expect a paid rental to be so unhygienic. The bathroom was in shambles with roaches everywhere. The foyer and reception were okay, though the online photos look like they may be from when the hotel first opened. I’ve seen other complaints about housekeeping, but Treebo still isn’t taking adequate steps.

The reception was bright and looked nice, but the rooms were dingy, with chipped furniture and dirty bathrooms, sheets, and towels. I booked based on the Treebo name and Google reviews, most of which I suspect are paid, but the rooms were poorly maintained. We arrived late at night and had to leave early in the morning, yet there was no hot water or tea before 7am. I had to delay the trip because of that, and repeatedly ask staff to bring towels and buckets of hot water.

The website gives false information about the rooms, and the facilities were absolute rubbish. There wasn’t even a proper faucet in the washroom, which felt unhygienic for a hotel. The towels were completely wet, even after we exchanged them for a new pair. They couldn’t provide basic facilities for guests. I seriously doubt some of the positive reviews are genuine. What a shame!
