The rooms were clean, maintained well, and comfortable enough, so our stay was fairly pleasant. Mr. Chandra Mohan deserves special mention. He was friendly and attentive, and even offered to reheat our rotis before we asked. That kind of care really helps. The receptionist, though, came across as rude and somewhat stingy. Guests should be welcomed and treated professionally from the moment they arrive. I hope management gives the front desk proper training. The stay was decent, but service needs to be more consistent.

I especially liked how quiet the hotel was. It made it easy to unwind after a busy day, and the breakfast buffet had lots of fresh, tasty choices. The location was convenient for major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff, especially Anupa and the rest of the team, were welcoming and attentive. Check-in and checkout were smooth too. A wonderful stay that was even better than I expected. I’d gladly return and recommend it.

Trilok, the Head Chef, made my stay memorable with absolutely amazing cooking. Nandani, Deepshika, and Sumit were also kind and helpful throughout. Thanks to all the staff and management for a wonderful stay and great service. I’d happily come back and recommend this place.

The city view from my room was amazing, and the breakfast spread was very good. The hotel was clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from check-in through checkout. The food, service, and staff were all so good. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel. I plan to return. Thanks so much for a great stay ☺️❤️🙏

Meena Mam at reception was outstanding. Mr Jeevan Singh and Deepsikha in F&A were polite and humble, and Saimbi from housekeeping was good too. The food and hospitality were very good, and overall I had a very good stay.
