Collection O 41759 Hotel Acropole Inn

I've booked this hotel three times and had trouble on every visit. Twice they stopped me from checking in because the tariff was low, and I had to spend around one to two hours sorting things out, sometimes waiting ages for customer care. There were also times they asked for extra money if a guest came to see me for more than four hours. The reception staff can talk well, but aren't helpful with service, especially when there's an issue with the low rate. I've also encountered rude behavior from them. If you're paying under 900rs, expect check-in problems; I recommend booking only when the price is above 900rs. Hotel management, if you charge more than 900rs, why list the place on OYO for less and then ask guests for extra at check-in? It feels like you're cheating customers and misusing OYO's booking service.

I paid through Goibibo, but at check-in they said the booking had been cancelled or shifted to another hotel. They told me to call OYO customer care, where they couldn't find my reservation and kept me on hold without reconnecting me. I then had to contact Goibibo, which cancelled the booking and started a refund because I'd already paid. This feels like a fraud hotel. Don't book through any app.

When I got there, the staff refused to let us check in because I'd booked through OYO, saying they couldn't honor its price. They pushed their own rate instead, which was much higher, and the staff were manipulative.

OYO Rooms confirmed my booking, but when I reached the property the manager said there were no rooms. They make excuses to get you to cancel, so don't pay before check-in. If you cancel, OYO Rooms may not start your refund. Customer service seems so focused on its partner hotels that they don't understand or listen to customers. Please don't ever book this property.
