Breakfast was a highlight, with a fresh, well-prepared spread and plenty of options for different tastes. The team made us feel welcome from arrival, and their warmth and attention to detail made the stay especially comfortable for me and my toddler. Their patience and help with little things meant a lot. Rohit from housekeeping deserves a special mention. He was friendly and dedicated, and helped keep things clean and comfortable. The service and care were excellent. I'd recommend this hotel to people visiting Ahmedabad, especially families, and would love to return.

The people here made our week-long business trip unforgettable. My wife and I felt more like family than guests, and every part of the stay was warm and personal. The room was impeccable, the bed very comfortable, and the shower pressure was great after long workdays. We had no complaints about the facilities, and the reception and concierge team were supportive whenever we needed help. We ended up preferring the hotel's restaurant to anywhere else in Ahmedabad. Every meal was fantastic, the food was outstanding, and we built a lovely connection with the chefs, waiters, and the rest of the team. Jesmin always made us feel like we were meeting friends for a meal. She was attentive, and her smile was amazing and contagious. Afin Senven and Suman looked after us attentively, while Ajay, the restaurant manager, and Narayan made us comfortable, remembered our orders, and went beyond that with their kindness. Chefs Gautam and Laukesh checked that we were happy with every meal and helped with requests, from extra papaya to explaining cooking methods. At the gym, Kushbhu was super helpful and attentive, making sure our workouts went smoothly. From the first day, everyone went above and beyond. It was a very happy surprise, and we'd definitely come back. I wish there were more teams like this one.

Chef Gautam reliably turns out fresh, well-prepared meals that suit a hotel environment. Special requests are taken seriously and handled dependably, which isn't something you find everywhere. Service is friendly and attentive, and the buffet stays clean, organized, and regularly replenished. The food leaves a great impression. Highly recommended.

The rooms are comfortable, and staff are generally supportive. The guards were especially helpful. On our latest visit, though, it seemed some staff cared more about getting reviews than providing good service. Dinner was a letdown. They said pizza wasn't available while pasta was being made at the live counter. We ordered the pasta, but it never came, and we weren't given water until halfway through the meal. The accommodation and amenities are great, but the food service needs significant improvement. I'd recommend staying here, but skipping the dining to avoid disappointment.
