10/10
On C.G. Road, Hotel Dev Corporate is conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and local transport. I stayed for three nights and found the rooms spacious and clean, with good housekeeping. The reception and restaurant staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent, with a simple spread and enough variety. Hot water was slow some mornings, and a few amenities, like the mini-bar, seemed dated and could use an upgrade. For the price, I think it’s good value, and I’d stay again if those small things were improved.

The service was very good, and the staff were helpful and quick with their work. The hotel also has top-class amenities. I had my best experience here.

I left without booking. I came in today and waited while the receptionist was helping a client. Once she was free, she asked me to keep waiting until she had served another client who’d arrived after me. I couldn’t understand why I had to wait. I used to book regularly at Dev Corporate, and some time ago Mr. P K sing handled my booking by phone. He has left now, and so have I. I won’t book this property again.

Renovation caused a lot of inconvenience, and communication was poor. The way customers were treated was very disappointing, and there was no food service in the hotel. It wasn’t a good experience this time. I won’t book again until the place is fully restored.

I ordered food from outside at 10:45 pm, but the reception team refused to bring it up to my room. They told me to come downstairs and collect it. I was very disappointed by how little cooperation the staff showed. The hospitality felt like zero.
