FabHotel Flora

The banquet hall at Hotel Flora is on the ground floor and works well for small functions, with room for around 100 guests. Parking in front of the hotel is sufficient. The hall was well maintained and had a warm, elegant feel for the ring ceremony I attended. The food was good, well prepared, and appreciated by the guests. Staff were courteous, cooperative, and attentive, keeping the arrangements smooth. Hotel Flora is a good option for small gatherings and ceremonies, with a pleasant setting, good food, and polite service.

The open parking area has plenty of space, but your car gets hot in the sun and collects dust from the road. Breakfast was slightly above average, with fruit and a few other items. I was there for only three hours. The place was clean and quiet, with a good ambience, and the room was tidy and cool. The main drawback was the heat coming through the glass when I opened the curtains. Overall, it’s a better place to stay.

Hot water didn’t come through from evening until late at night. Each time I asked, staff gave a different excuse, and it took several follow-ups before they finally arranged it around midnight. It left me feeling that the team wasn’t honest or properly trained to respond to guest needs. I hope management takes this seriously and improves service.

The banquet was a pleasant surprise when I attended a wedding here. It was spacious, nicely maintained, and beautifully set up. The food looked impressive and tasted delicious. It’s a nice hotel.
