The cleanliness and service made this a really disappointing stay. My room, the toilet, and the shared areas didn’t feel hygienic, and housekeeping hadn’t kept things properly clean. At check-in, the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. Service was careless and slow, while the reception staff were rude instead of welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for decent cleanliness, service, or hospitality.

The room was dirty, and the bathroom was in very poor condition. Service quality was awful, and the receptionist didn’t give customers proper guidance.

The staff were good, and the hotel can work for a short rest, a few refreshing hours, or somewhere to leave your luggage while you explore the city. The rooms didn’t meet expectations and weren’t very hygienic. There aren’t any amenities beyond the bed.

I booked an AC room from the morning, but they still charged us for an extra half hour of waiting. The staff spoke rudely to customers, and their behavior was really poor.

This is a rest house, so don’t expect much. The fans worked fine and hot water came from the tap. I gave it four stars for the reasonable prices and the clean washroom.
