Hotel Apple Inn

My friend and I paid in full for a room we booked more than a month ahead for the Coldplay concert. Two days before the stay, we got a cancellation message saying we hadn't answered their supposed confirmation call. OYO gave a different explanation, calling it a technical issue and telling us to rebook. By then, rooms were going for ₹12,000 each that day. It looks to me like the hotel and OYO cancelled so they could make money from the increased demand. That's a blatant scam. What's the point of reserving if they won't honor it? Both the hotel and OYO should answer for this unprofessional and unethical treatment. Absolutely unacceptable.

We reserved two months ahead, but the property was overbooked and they wouldn't give us a room. Now they're refusing to cancel the booking. Ravinder at the desk treated the whole thing like a joke and was the least hospitable person around. They are sending people to another property and asking for 10k or more for an OYO there. Nothing but a scam. I would never recommend this place.

I tried three different rooms, and every one was in terrible shape. They were very small and untidy, and none felt hygienic. The geyser, flush and AC weren't working, and one room didn't even have a lock. A bad experience overall.

The restaurant at Hotel Apple Inn serves delicious food, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable too. It's in a convenient spot in Paldi, Ahmedabad, with easy access to major attractions and public transport. A pleasant stay for business or leisure, and highly recommended ✨
