After a 600 km trip with my family, the hotel refused to give us a room, even though I’d paid in full in advance for two rooms through the OYO app. The rooms didn’t match the advertisement, and the receptionist wouldn’t answer calls. A very, very bad experience.

The only lift was available from 8 to 8 pm, and not on Sundays. At night they wouldn’t even let us get Maggi ready for my daughter, and they don’t know how to prepare it anyway. Not a good experience.

This felt like a lodge, not an Oyo flagship property. The place was filthy, with no amenities, and neither the room nor the bathroom was properly maintained. Definitely not worth what they charged.

The room looked quite different from the photos, and the blankets and bedsheets were dirty, with holes in them.

The rooms are good, but getting to the hotel means going up stairways that are really dirty and stink.
