I've stayed here when traveling for academic and professional reasons, including emergency stays. My flights often landed early in the morning, and the staff helped me check in then. If you're from Delhi, you can mention my name. They're friendly, great people.

Bedbugs, bedbugs, bedbugs. I had to sleep on the floor just to get away from those parasites. Stay away.

The price felt high for what was provided. My room wasn't clean, the bedsheets hadn't been changed, and there was hair from the previous guest on the bed. The shower didn't work properly, and the bucket was extremely dirty. The hotel needs better housekeeping and maintenance to justify its rates.

This was a Super deluxe room, yet there was barely room for even one piece of luggage. In the washroom, there was no space to stand or put toiletries. I checked in at 11:30 pm and had to arrange for the toilet cleaning staff myself. The rooms and staff were pathetic. What MMT shows is completely undeserving, and MMT's response was poor too. I wouldn't give this hotel even one star.
