I paid 1,000 for a one-day stay in an air-conditioned room. The proprietor’s service was satisfactory, but the staff’s conduct needs improvement.

There’s a statue of lord Ganesha as you enter, and the staff were very cooperative. It’s close to Ahmedabad railway station. Kankaria Lake is the best place to visit in Ahmedabad.

There’s no lift, so you have to carry all your luggage yourself. The hotel entrance also looks very unsafe for guests. The rooms were extremely untidy, with broken furniture, paan stains, and cigarette buds. Help with towels, soap, and luggage was delayed. Hot water was only available at certain times during the day, and we were charged for coffee and tea even though we hadn’t had any. Please don’t choose this hotel, especially if you’re travelling with family.

The location made it easy to explore the city, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The hotel was spotless, the staff incredibly friendly, and the service top-notch. An amazing, relaxing, hassle-free stay. Highly recommended.

The service staff were third-class, and there was no family room, only couple rooms. Terrible quality and no value for customers.
