The rooms are good for families, and the staff were very good with us. A very nice hotel. Thank you for visiting this hotel.

When we arrived for our advance booking, the staff refused to honor it and demanded more money before giving us a room. They were rude and unprofessional, with no concern for the trouble this caused. I’ve never dealt with such dishonesty from a hotel. I’d stay elsewhere and avoid this place.

The bathroom leaked, the pillow cover was torn, and the TV didn’t work. Outside, there was so much road noise, and people were sleeping and playing reels right by the room late into the night. The food wasn’t up to the mark either. Not a good place to stay.

The rooms are comfy, the place is clean, and the surroundings are nice. Services are pretty good too, and the staff are really supportive.
