Some auto-rickshaw drivers seem to act as agents and steer travelers toward this hotel, so be cautious. My stay was disappointing: the rooms weren’t clean, and even the ₹3,000 suite was dusty. I asked to change rooms and was shown other options, but they were in the same poor condition. Getting hot water took repeated calls and follow-ups before it was sorted out. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The linens looked unchanged, with hair all over the bed. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and the high price didn’t feel justified. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The front office manager was rude, and the rooms and linen were extremely dirty. They require full payment in advance, and if you pay and then dislike the room or service, they don’t refund you. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Ricksha drivers get commission from many of these cheap, run-down hotels, so they may try to persuade you to go there by saying early check-in is allowed. Don’t fall for that trick. I was caught out by both the rikshawala and the hotel this morning. Check the room first and make sure everything works.

I flew to Ahmedabad alone for the first time, landing late in the evening at 22:20pm. A local taxi driver outside the airport took me to the hotel, where I arrived at 23:30pm. I’d booked a room for INR 2500/- per day. It was dusty, the bed linen hadn’t been changed, the bathroom was dirty and mouldy, and there was no hot water for a shower. A housekeeper brought soap. When I asked him to change the linen and even offered a little money, he said he’d bring fresh linen but didn’t return. After half an hour I called reception. The receptionist sent two boys, who brought one bedsheet and two pillow covers. I gave them 200 each and asked them to change the duvet cover as well. They said there wasn’t one available and promised to do it in the morning, but nobody came that morning or afternoon. I slept without a duvet cover all night, then checked out. I moved to Hotel Elite Inn, which was super clean, in a nice location, with friendly staff and a reasonable rate. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had and a waste of money. The receptionist was nice, but the other staff weren’t friendly. 0/10.
