We only stayed one night, and it was a really awful experience. The trash bin smelled bad, and the sheets and pillowcases were dirty, with hair on them. We arrived at 1 pm even though check-in was 11 am, but the room still hadn't been prepared and seemed to have been used without being cleaned. I was so disappointed. We had prepaid, or we would've left. This is my honest review. The other reviews we relied on seem fake to me.

We chose a Premium Room with a private Jacuzzi, and it was fantastic. The swimming pool was quiet and well kept, too. Even with its central location, the hotel felt peaceful. Hotel Hill Top is on the 3rd floor of Jayveer Complex, close to Vijay Nagar Metro Station, Naranpura Cross Road, and the Railway Crossing, and I could walk to many nearby places. My room was clean and comfortable, and the AC worked properly. The Wi-Fi was fast, which mattered for work. The staff were extremely helpful and gave 5-star service. The pool and jacuzzi were a lovely treat after a long day. With comfortable AC rooms, helpful staff, and good amenities, Hotel Hill Top is my only suggestion for a business or leisure stay.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly. They were courteous and quick to respond, with good attention to detail. I was impressed by their hospitality and would like to come back.
