I booked this place three days ahead, but when I arrived at 5.25 in the morning, they refused the booking and said the hotel was closed. It had apparently been closed for the last 3 years. I spent three hours sorting things out with Make My trip, lost my temper and blasted the MMT people, but they eventually gave me Ginger Hotel in Thaltej. A tough time.

Why did I choose this hotel? The rooms had cockroaches all over, the bathrooms and lobby were dirty, and the door locks and geasers weren't working. Towels were unwashed, and if you asked for one you might get a used towel from the neighbour room. Don't ask for RO filtered water either. They fill it from aura, but the bottle is picked up from the huge dust bin on the terrace. Uufff, and much more.

The rooms were really nice and very comfortable. For staying in ahemdabad, this is the best choice I've ever made. Highly recommended.

Yes, it's a good hotel, but the service isn't very good. I stayed for two days and they didn't serve anything, even after one call.
