hotel magic palace

Hotel Magic Place was a terrible experience. The manager was rude and unprofessional, and refused to check me in even though I’d booked and paid in advance. With luggage and no room to go to, that was extremely inconvenient. Oyo shouldn’t include a hotel like this, and should take action against it. The room they moved me to smelled bad, the toilet was broken, and the manager saw it when I showed him. They also turned off the water at night, which would leave guests in serious trouble if they needed the toilet. The AC was leaking water into the room, and it didn’t cool at all during summer. Avoid this place.

Don’t be taken in by the photos. The rooms were tiny, the doors were broken, and the bedsheets and pillows they gave us were dirty. There wasn’t even a reliable 24-hour water supply. A really bad experience, I wouldn’t go.

The hotel and its people were terrible across the board. Don’t book here, seriously, don’t.

We arrived too late to cancel, but the rooms were in awful shape. The bathroom door was broken, the bedding was poor, and the staff weren’t good either. It felt like a makeshift setup. Don’t trust the online photos.
