I live in Central Jersey. During my trip to Ahmedabad, I stayed at Hotel Palliate and found it great value for a budget option. Staff were responsive and helpful with late-night check-in questions and suggestions for local spots, with guest assistance available 24/7. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well maintained and comfortably air-conditioned, a real relief after a long day exploring. The Paldi location is hard to beat, with plenty of shops nearby, Udipi Cafe a short walk away for South Indian dosas and filter coffee, and easy access to Riverfront Park and other attractions. No frills, but the essentials were handled well. I’ll be back next time I visit Ahmedabad.

The location was bad, in a dusty building under construction, and the lift was awful. Most rooms smelled of smoke, and the bathrooms and toilets were dirty and unhygienic, with hygiene marks taped on without cleaning. The sheets and pillows were so dirty we had to bring our own. Not a great experience for friends or family. I’d suggest checking other nearby options.

The staff were incredibly polite, and the whole property was clean, a 10/10 for cleanliness. My stay at Palliate Hotel was excellent, with comfortable rooms, great service and a really welcoming atmosphere. I’d rate the experience 10/9. Highly recommended.

There’s no parking, so vehicles have to be left on the road. The toilets are poorly maintained and dirty, and the bedsheets and blankets don’t seem to get washed. It wasn’t very comfortable. If the place were maintained properly, it could be a good option.

A very budget-friendly hotel with decent, clean rooms and washrooms. They let us check in at 6am, which was really convenient.
