The bed sheet was dirty, and there was no room service, not even water. The hotel is very close to Narendra modi stadium A'bad.

The AC didn't work, and the rooms were so cramped there was barely room to stand. I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Phoenix, Ahmedabad. The facilities weren't up to the mark, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Tiny rooms, really rude people. Pathetic...

They said they couldn't give me a room even though I already had money in my account. They told me there was an offer and that I'd get a refund quickly. I was charged extra, and the behavior was bad. The manager wore a local chain and had an attitude 🤣🤣. I've filed a complaint with the AMC and GST number, so go and see for yourself.

Everything was in good condition, and the rooms were clean, roomy, and kept up well. The amenities met expectations, and I had a comfortable, enjoyable stay.
