The location is excellent, and the room and washroom were clean. It’s a decent stay for a reasonable price, and the property felt safe for a woman travelling alone. Just don’t expect much in the way of service. If you’re after a good budget stay, it could work.

The food and service were great, and this is the best hotel in the area. Thanks to Hotel Royal town for helping me get the best price. I had a great experience and would visit again.

At 11 pm, with a child along, we didn’t have much chance to argue when the rooms we’d booked were downgraded. The staff said they had only received a booking for a deluxe room, not a super deluxe one. Whether it was an error or deliberate, they showed no empathy.
